SEC filing alerts for Discord.
SourcePing posts new SEC filings for the US-listed companies you follow to your Discord channels: earnings releases, annual and quarterly reports, 8-K disclosures and capital raisings, straight from SEC EDGAR with a link to the official filing.
Factual alerts only, not financial advice.
Official filings, the way they were filed.
Enter a ticker like AAPL or NASDAQ:AAPL, or an SEC CIK number. SourcePing follows the company's filings through the SEC's own EDGAR API, every 10 minutes by default, and posts each new filing once.
Filings are sorted by form type and 8-K item number: earnings releases (8-K Item 2.02), annual reports (10-K, 20-F, 40-F), quarterly reports (10-Q), other significant disclosures and capital raisings. Shareholder meeting, major shareholder and insider filings can be switched on too.
Each announcement states the form, the company and ticker, and links to the filing on SEC.gov. Nothing is summarised or described as good or bad news.

Filing alerts that stick to the facts.

Straight from SEC EDGAR
Filings come from the SEC's own EDGAR API, identified by the company's CIK, so a ticker change never breaks a monitor.

Earnings releases, annual reports, quarterly reports, disclosures and capital raisings are separate choices.
Link to the filing
Every announcement links to the official document on SEC.gov and to the filing index.

Filings from before you started following a company are never announced.
