Common questions
- Announcements stopped appearing
- Open the source in the dashboard: its Health & errors card shows the last check, any errors and failed deliveries. The most common cause is the bot losing permission to post in a channel. It needs View Channels, Send Messages and Embed Links there.
- The trial ended and some monitors stopped
- Every server gets 14 days of Pro free, then moves to the Free plan: 3 GitHub, RSS, YouTube or Twitch sources, checked hourly, in one channel. Anything beyond that pauses until you pick a plan under Subscription & Billing. Your sources and settings are kept.
- I paid but the plan didn't switch on
- Open Subscription & Billing in the dashboard on the server you bought it for. If it still shows the old plan after a few minutes, email us with the server name and the email you used at checkout.
- How do I cancel?
- Subscriptions are handled by Whop. Cancel from your Whop account at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
